Raylan was saying that his getting better or being 'fixed' somehow wasn't a condition of staying with him and nobody had ever explicitly told him that before. Some part of him expected that even Raylan had a point where this going on forever would become Too Much, but he hoped they wouldn't reach it too quickly once they actually lived together.
