"I'd prefer no salt. I guess it's not the end of the world if they put salt. But basically if a food has too many ingredients and it makes me sick, I don't know which part is making me sick. Also, combinations of ingredients could make me sick." He waved his hand. "It's complicated chemistry." He took a tentative sip of black coffee.
