"There are actually thirteen active prisons in New York City," Malcolm told him. "Riker's Island is probably the most famous, but so are Fulton and the Tombs. But don't forget hospital prisons for the criminally insane." His tone became slightly more subdued. "Claremont tends to host the worst of them, but Bellevue and Elmhurst have their share. If we're looking for someone really sick, we have to look at those too," he said fidgeting a little in his seat and then sitting back.
