"Neither." Raylan followed him into the kitchen, unhooking his gun from his belt and setting it on the counter to amble a few steps towards Malcolm before leaning his hip on the island as he let his fingers brush over Malcolm's as he took the glass.

"I.." Raylan took a deep breath, jaw flexing slightly. "Am not good at this. Even with women. And the last thing I want is your mother or sister thinking that I've treated you like some.. one night stand. Disposable." Raylan's eyes stayed on Malcolm. "Or anything else.."

"On account of me leaving in the morning. Maybe you can still have some high society wife or something." He didn't want to fuck that up. He didn't want this to end up being some kind of mistake that shamed him for years to come - that one time he gave into primal impulse and took another man, younger than he dated, to whatever kind of bed they might make together.
