You believe in this, right? Saving inmates' lives, confining them if absolutely necessary but providing everything else they could want, waiting for them to open up. If you had to choose between nothing and this, you'd support it, right?

Though if you just want to know if other wardens believe in helping inmates secure their second chance at life? Yes. I know of others that are also very committed to it. Neal Caffrey. John Doe. Jedao. Maggie Garcia. Iris. That's just out of the ones that are still here. Though they're not the only ones, I'm sure; they're just the ones I know best and would vouch for.
