that would be a bit hard to find as a single location now wouldn't it You need to think about what is missing from "jail" when you say it out loud. Something you wouldn't think about from just seeing it written down. That's also why it's being called jail instead of prison like usual! If you get that part, you will get your credit for solving the riddle. Though you were pretty close to getting it from another angle
