Malcolm was a shaky 85 at best on arrival; he hasn't been at 100 since he was ten years old. But within a day of arriving, he realized he had none of his medication with him and as he searched the town, already beginning to suffer withdrawal, he realized there was none and nothing even comparable to find. He finds it suspicious that a whole town is bereft of a very common prescription, but there isn't a benzo to be found. He's really, REALLY looked. If the cowboys hadn't taken him in, this likely would have dropped his sanity even further, but a stable base in town has kept him at 80.

Malcolm was trapped inside the house at 1306 with Doc, witnessing the deaths of housemates Raylan, Neal and Negan. He and Doc then retrieved their mangled remains and buried them.
