And… also, I hope you understand that the things that are wrong with me aren’t… curable. They’re… part of my fabric. I learn new coping techniques, new mitigation strategies. But they’re still going to be here.

Nobody really understands us separately so it's probably natural that nobody understands us together, either.

Yeah that's how it was for Alec and I. We had to literally find a therapist who was telepathic to understand us and even then I don't think she fully did. In any case Alec will never go back to her so we'll never know.

Granted, we have a lot of passion in our relationship. Probably too much. I don't think it's healthy to have what I have with Alec.

Why would I have to kill a child to do that? That doesn't make any sense. Is this child trying to kill Will? I think, even if they got the upper hand, I could turn the tables in our favour without killing them.

I actually don't kill people at all.

That's my point. You have limits to what you would do for Will. I don't. And it's not necessarily a good thing.

My point is I became a better person in part because of Alec's influence.

But I'd become the worst version of myself if it meant keeping him happy and safe.
