Look, I don't want you to just avoid whoever I'm paired with. You're here to help people. I respect that. And I think you can help.

You and I might never agree about certain things but that doesn't mean you need to be blacklisted from whoever I'm paired with.

I'm going to have a hard time trusting your sense of boundaries for a long time, Malcolm. If I sense they aren't being properly enforced with my inmate I'm going to pull them. But I won't do it on a whim. And it won't be without talking to you and trying to find a solution first.

I have to protect myself too, you know. There has to be some level of professional courtesy if there won't be trust, because I can't invest like that if you're going to be fickle about allowing them to engage. There's a reason I only take clients by appointment. I give everything to the work, Jesus. I don't have space in me for tire kicking or bad faith.

I already told you I wasn't going to be fickle about engaging. So you asking me to not remove them implies I would have already thought about the consequences, and you still asked me not to do it if I agree to it right now, because you're 'all in'.
